PURAC biomaterials is committed to advising and assisting you wherever possible, from the early stages of product development to final market introduction. We work together with selected medical device, pharmaceutical and drug delivery companies worldwide in order support product innovation.

In the early stages of your product development, we invite you to share your goals with us and let us assist you in selecting the appropriate polymer composition, specifications and polymer processing or formulation technology. We can supply you with samples of different polymer compositions for your own evaluation purposes as well as work together with qualified resorbable device contract manufactures to assist you in developing the resorbable device.

As your supplier of resorbable polymers, we are also open to look beyond the scope of our current technology platforms, if needed, to find answers for your product requirements.

If the evaluation results in you requiring a polymer composition that is not currently in our PURASORB product line, we can scale-up the polymer production parallel to your continued product development. We offer the ICHQ7 compliant commercial scale production of these custom developed PURASORB products as part of our custom synthesis or contract manufacturing services.
